Beautify MoVal Community Day of Service

Sometimes the simplest way to make a difference is by showing up. That’s exactly what our Community Day of Service is all about. Neighbors showing up together, rolling up their sleeves, and taking pride in the place we call home.

Held multiple times throughout the year as part of our Beautify MoVal program, this special day brings residents, community groups, and City staff side-by-side for a few hours of fun, meaningful work. Whether it’s picking up litter, freshening up a park, or just lending a helping hand, every effort adds up. At the end of the day, the results are something we can all see and appreciate.

Our next Community Day of Service is happening on Saturday, April 25, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. We’ll kick things off at City Hall with coffee and pastries before heading out to Westbluff Park and Bethune Park. It’s a relaxed, rewarding way to spend your morning, meet new people, and give back in a tangible way.

The Beautify MoVal program offers even more ways to get involved beyond our Community Day of Service. You can volunteer your time with a group, organize your own cleanup, or support the effort through sponsorship. No matter how you choose to participate, you’re helping to keep Moreno Valley clean, welcoming, and vibrant.

I hope you’ll join us on April 25 and be part of the fun. Together, we can continue building a community we’re proud to call home.
