The 34th Annual Black Rose Award nominees represent some of the Inland Empire’s best leaders, according to Black Culture Foundation President Carl M. Dameron. “Nominations began in September, and people from all across the Inland Empire nominated individuals who significantly impacted our communities.”

The Black Culture Foundation has chosen Keith Hosea as a 2026 Black Rose Award winner. Hosea is a big supporter of youth programs and a major advocate of foster youth services. He is the founder and CEO at Telios Training Solutions, an author, motivational speaker, professional trainer, consultant and a devoted family man.

When he learned he had been nominated for a Black Rose Award, he said, “I am completely honored, in fact, overwhelmed to be named for this award, whose previous winners have been wonderful people.”

Telios exists to help organizations and individuals reach their full potential. Telios believes anyone is infinitely upgradable! They accomplish this through a variety of training and consulting services.

Creating résumés, applying for jobs, searching for affordable apartments and using the web for comparison shopping and budgeting are just a few of the skills young people learn in their classes. Telios Training Solutions offers many custom training packages tailored to meet the needs of almost any budget.

Telios offers computer and technology skills training through unique workshops that not only equip young people to operate professionally and effectively in the digital age but also provide them with the necessary software and hardware. Putting technology in the hands of today’s youth empowers them and helps them develop the skills necessary for success.

Since its start, it has provided training services to thousands of youth, young adults, and service professionals. About the Black Culture Foundation

The Black Rose Awards are sponsored by the Black Culture Foundation, founded in 1968 by a group concerned that nationwide school systems haven't incorporated Black history into curricula, preventing students from learning about an important part of U.S. history. The Foundation aims to promote interest and understanding of Black culture, raise awareness of Black accomplishments, organize an annual Black History Month parade and cultural activities, and foster unity across cultures.
